If you want to purchase products we don’t have or if you need to wait the advanced order, we do less charge 5%.

What is the arrangement for Cash on Delivery?
Our service staff will ring you up for an appointment to delivery to your address, and you can make your payment in cash upon you received your purchases.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once your order is submitted and confirmed.
What if my credit card is denied?
You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.
Return/ Exchange Policy

Please remember that Return and Exchange Policy described below apply only to online purchases made through www.royalstyleonline.com.
If your purchase(s) was defected,
- We will gladly to arrange the replacement products and deliver to your address with NO extra delivery charge. If there are no any available goods for exchange (we will accept the return in exchange for credit within 7 days from the date your purchases have been delivered), we are able to arrange the refund. The merchandise must be with their tags still attached.
Please note that shipping & handling charges are not refundable and any further charges incurred upon the return of merchandise will be borne by the customer. However, if Royal Style shipped an item(s) that was different from Original Invoice or was damaged, your return shipping cost will be credited back to your credit card.
- You can also do the exchange by drop by our showroom at 87 Kaki Bukit Avenue 1, #03-00 Shun Li Industrial Park, together with your purchased merchandise within 5 days from the date on your purchase have been delivered/pick up.
Exchanges for merchandises are subject to availability. Please also note that shipping & handling charges are not refundable and any further charges incurred upon the return of merchandise will be borne by the customer. All decisions related to refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Royal Style.
